GROUND SHIPPING

Expected delivery December 2015

The Thready teddy bears are currently available for preorder, expected delivery November 2015. Standard flat-rate ground shipping is $6.99.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Priority shipping is unavailable at this time.

Where We Ship

United States (all 50 states). We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Sales Tax

All Texas residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping Procedures

Once the bears have arrived and we have submitted the order to the shipping carrier (estimated November 2015), standard flat-rate ground shipping is estimated to arrive within 5-6 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your package has been sent for shipping. Please note that delivery date estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please also note that your package may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions along the shipping route.

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and/or at different times. You will be notified of this, if applicable.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing info@threadies.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
